Welcome to Outsiders Photography. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Business Name: Outsiders Productions LTD.

We offer high-quality, authentic headshots for actors’ portfolios and Spotlight profiles.

The Outsider Package: 1-hour session | 3 edited images.
The Outlier Package: 1.5-hour session | 5 edited images.
Outfits: You are welcome to change outfits as many times as you like. However, the session timer does not pause for wardrobe changes; please plan your looks in advance to maximize shooting time.
Additional Images: Available for purchase at an extra cost.
Delivery: Edited images will be delivered via digital gallery within two weeks of receiving your final selections.

All bookings and deposits are non-refundable.

48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your session once for free.
Late Rescheduling: Any request made within less than 48 hours of the session will incur a £35 fee.
Second Reschedule: Any subsequent rescheduling for the same booking will incur a flat £50 fee.
Lateness: As we operate on a strict mobile schedule, if you are more than 20 minutes late (or the space is not ready for us to begin), the session will be cancelled without a refund.

The Space: The client is responsible for providing a safe, clear space for the shoot. Outsiders Photography is not liable for any minor furniture shifting required to set up equipment.
Safety: If a client becomes unconscious or requires medical attention during a session, Outsiders Photography will call emergency services (999) immediately, regardless of prior requests.
Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately without a refund if our team feels unsafe or disrespected.
Minors: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the session.

Copyright: Outsiders Photography retains the copyright to all images created.
Usage License: Upon purchase, the client is granted a license to use the images for self-promotion, portfolios, Spotlight, and social media. Commercial use (e.g., paid advertisements or book covers) requires additional written permission.
Privacy: If you wish for your images to be removed from our social media or website, or deleted from our archives entirely, please email us at outsiders.adm@gmail.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
