Cancellation Policy

Outsiders Booking Policy 1. Booking & Retainer Retainer: A fifty pounds non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. This ensures your time slot is locked into our travel schedule. Final Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. 2. Location & Logistics Space Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing a clean, organized space for equipment setup. The Outsiders team may need to move furniture around to fit the necessary equipment. Parking: If no parking is available within a reasonable distance of the entrance, please notify us 48 hours in advance. Site Access: We arrive 10 minutes early for setup. Please ensure we have access to the building/space at that time. 3. Travel Fees Travel is included for locations within London. Locations outside of this radius will incur a travel fee of £0.36 per mile. 4. Rescheduling & Weather Notice: We require 48 hours notice to reschedule. One complimentary reschedule is allowed if notice is given within this window. Weather (for Outdoor Shoots): If the shoot is outdoors and weather conditions are unsuitable, Outsiders will make the final call to reschedule at no additional cost to the client. 5. Late Arrivals Because we operate on a strict mobile schedule, your session starts and ends at the booked time. If you are late, it will reduce your shooting time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be considered a "No-Show." 6. Image Review & Delivery Selection: Depending on your package, image selection will happen via an online gallery within 48 hours. Turnaround: Final edited headshots will be delivered within 15 days of your final selection.
