How does a mobile headshot session work?

We bring the full professional studio experience directly to you! We travel to your home, office, or chosen location with all the necessary equipment. This saves you travel time and allows us to capture high-quality images in an environment where you feel most comfortable.

Do I need a space with good windows or natural light? 

​

No! We do not rely on the sun! We are fully equipped with professional mobile lighting gear, including flash and softboxes. This allows us to control the lighting perfectly and create consistent, studio-quality results regardless of the time of day or the natural light available in your space.

How much space do you need to set up? 

We can adapt to most spaces. Generally, an open area of about 10x10 feet is ideal to set up our lights and backdrop, but we are used to working in tighter spots like living rooms or small offices.​​​

​Preparing for Your Shoot

What should I wear?

We generally recommend solid colors that complement your skin tone. Avoid heavy patterns, large logos, or neon colors, as they can distract from your face. Layers (like jackets or cardigans) are great because they allow us to get multiple "looks" quickly without a full change of clothes.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Since we bring our own lighting equipment, bad weather isn't a dealbreaker! If we planned to shoot outdoors and it rains, we can easily move the session indoors to your home or office. Our lighting gear ensures the photos will still look bright and professional even if it’s dark and stormy outside.

Do you provide hair and makeup? 

Our packages cover photography only. We ask for our actors to be "camera ready" when we arrive. If you would like professional hair and makeup, we can provide a list of recommended local artists we love working with.

After the Shoot

How do I view and select my photos?

Within 48 hours of your shoot, you will receive a link to a private online gallery. You can view all the unedited shots there and select your favorites for retouching.

What kind of retouching do you do? 

Casting directors need to see you for who you really are. Our standard retouching includes color correction, exposure balancing, and removing temporary blemishes (like a stray pimple or razor burn). We do not alter permanent features or heavily airbrush skin.

How long does it take to get the final images?

Once you have made your final selections, your headshots will be delivered within 14 days (but don't worry, usually it's much quicker than that).​​​

Booking & Payment

How do I pay for my session?

To secure your slot, we require a £50 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the session.​

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Any rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours of the session will incur a £35 fee. The £50 booking deposit is non-refundable.​​
